Each lot is validated for minimum 5 N·m torque-out resistance and 500 N axial pull-out strength per internal test protocols. With RoHS-compliant nickel or tin surface plating, our inserts withstand 48-hour neutral salt spray, prolonged UV exposure, and operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
